For the last 10 years Tree Life have run a 3 day course to prepare candidates for the Management Examinations to complete their Technician's Certificate or Professional Diploma qualifications. Now that those qualificaitons are comming to the end, there are of course less candidates needing the preparation. Therefore Tree Life will be running the preparation this year in a slightly different way and the venue will be our Tree Life Training Centre in Syston, Leicestershire.

 

Venue: Syston, Leicestershire

Date: August 2012

Qualifications: Technician's Certificate & Professional Diploma

Aim of the course: To take you through the kind of exercises you will face on the real management examinations, including oral examinations.

Changes for 2012: Candidates for the Technician's Certificate will have a half a day / day per unit to undertake at the training centre depending on what units they have left to take rather than being required to take the usual 3 full days.

      The Professional Diploma candidates will have 2-3 days to undertake at the training centre.

 

Tutors: The main two tutors will be the directors of Tree Life Mr David Dowson and Mr Andrew Summerley 

Deadlines - We have limited places and so application forms need to be sent in once you have your results and we accept all forms on a first come first served basis.

o   The booking form must be sent to us with a cheque or order number to be processed; as this is the only way a place can be confirmed.

Equipment required: Pens, scale ruler, clip board etc. Tree inspection equipment. Suitable clothing for outdoor changeable weather.
